Currently, the bot is proficient in English, German, Japanese, French, Ukrainian and Russian.

Location

We are currently running the easyBot on several Amazon AWS instance around the world. Due to this server location within Germany, the easyBot is DSGVO compliant. If you wish, we can also set up an instance of easyBot on a different server.

Price

The price of the easyBot depends on the desired range of functions. We will be happy to contact you to discuss the desired application and make you an offer.

The basic version of the easyBot includes setup and server rental.

Additional features that are not included in the basic version of easyBot include, for example, use as a voiciebot, integration in messengers such as WhatsApp, appointment reservations or connection to APIs and data warehouses. We are happy to offer these separately based on your desired application.

A request is defined as a session with the easyBot that can contain any number of requests and interactions and is considered to have ended after the user has been inactive for more than 100 seconds.
